I am a PHP developer and software architect.  I work for Inviqa, a software consultancy who provide web and software development services, training and agile consultancy.  I live in Sheffield, in the UK.

I am the author of the Ultra-Lite dependency injection container in PHP, and the current lead maintainer of the Acclimate Dependency Injection suite.  I am also an open source contributor to Behat, PhpSpec, Slim micro-framework, and other projects.

I have spoken at technical meetups at PHP London, Sheffield PHP and the London Symfony usergroup.  I also spoke at the PHP Yorkshire conference.

I have a LinkedIn profile, and I tweet about tech at @SamBurnsUK.
